Welcome to The JazzSpot Photo Gallery. We take great pleasure in offering you the opportunity to, at a reasonable price, purchase for your personal enjoyment photos of some legendary jazz performers at work (or play). We have personally selected these exclusive photos (many unpublished) with the copyright holders. Pricing is negotiable in some cases for purchases of multiple images or in tandem with certain offers. Signed prints are available if you wish. This area will soon carry images of rare and wonderful jazz photos featuring the likes of Mary Lou Williams, Earl Hines, Joe Venuti, Flip Phillips, Charlie Parker, Dizzy Gillespie, Buck Clayton, Roy Eldridge, Jay McShann, Ralph Sutton, Doc Cheatham, Cab Calloway, Zoot Sims, Dexter Gordon, Phil Woods, Benny Carter, Jo Jones, and Milt Hinton (this time, Milt is on the other end of the camera!). Some are available now.
All of these photos will be available for purchase at prices starting at $75 (unframed) for 8" X 10" black and white or color prints. Because of the age of certain photographs, some will be digitally enhanced for your viewing (and purchasing) pleasure. All images are copyrighted and digitally watermarked, just in case you thought they might be for public domain use.
Our intent is to price these photos at a reasonable cost to make them available to jazz fans on a budget. We also plan to package them in sets with related CDs for the jazz lover in your family who wants a classic CD and an accompanying photo from the recording session.
